        Ordered a rolled de-boned rib of beef for a special mothering Sunday dinner. Wow absolutely delicious and plenty of compliments about the flavor and tenderness of the roast beef. Exactly what i ordered and included the bones so that i could make a really good full bodied beef stock for the gravy. Would highly recommend.
