Momentum Pole & Aerial - Gloucester

Momentum Pole and Aerial is my happy place. I always come out feeling better than I did when I went in. The community is really supportive and I have met some really lovely people. The teachers are all amazing and take the time to provide individual support. Since I started going to classes my fitness has improved, I have lost weight and I have some upper body strength. Life is better with Momentum

The most fabulous, supportive community. There's always something new and fun to learn, and you're supported every step of the way to do it at your own pace, and everyone is celebrated for who they are. My happy place!

I always love pole days. Rachel is an amazing teacher and the community feel is amazing :) I would recommend to anyone who's slightly intrigued to try pole, go for it - you won't regret it!

I've been attending momentum for nearly 5 years. It's changed my life and is nothing short of a miracle! The inclusiveness, encouragement and support are second to none. They've helped me change my mindset around exercise to fun and wellbeing, enjoyment and laughter. There are a whole range of classes so you're sure to find something you love. It's become my passion. An hour class flies by, so I tend to stay for 2 or 3 highly recommend, 10 stars if I could rate it that high... you won't be disappointed
