Jake did a fantastic job taking care of my Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio after a deep clean and maintenance throughout. I'm extremely OCD about my car and never let anyone touch the paintwork other than myself. On this occasion, I decided to let a professional take care of things as I was short of time, and thankfully I was not disappointed - quite the contrary! Jake is a true professional. I immediately felt confident leaving my car in Jakes care as someone who is clearly a fellow car enthusiast. It was clear to me that Jake has plenty of experience in his field and talked me through the various options without at all pressuring me into choosing add ons that werent required. Jake was very reasonable and honest with his prices and was a good chunk cheaper that his competitors. The end result left me very happy- he produced a glassy finish on my gloss black car and the interior was immaculate. He went above and beyond the agreed/paid service to get a finish he was satisfied with without charging me extra. All around Id highly recommend JR and it was refreshing dealing with someone who was both an honest businessman and a skilled professional. I had the pleasure of meeting Jake @ JR VALETING AND DETAILING, who valeted and ceramic coated my Audi s5 along with coating my leather interior. Jake arrived on time was very helpful and informative regards the process that he would be carrying out on my car, I found jake easy going, polite and very knowledgeable about what would make my car look great. He picked my car up took it away, and returned it later that day. When he pulled up on my drive, I was absolutely blown away with how amazing my car looked. My car looked great, before jake worked his magic, But Jake had taking it to another level!! The body work, wheels, exhaust tips had such a great gloss finish, the interior was equally impressive, and the car smelt amazing. Jake is a total professional who knows his trade, he takes great pride in his work, and it clearly shows in the quality of the work carried out on the vehicles he works on. I have been so impressed by jake dedication to his work, that I won't entertain going to any other car valeter. Jake is now my go to guy, when needing my car to look next level.
