I have had a really positive experience with Teamwork Selection - they were fast and efficient in finding me work, where I started almost immediately. In particular Megan has been very friendly, helpful and professional, guiding me through the process and keeping in contact to ensure I was happy with my placement. I work for teamwork when Im back from uni, I love how easy it is to communicate with them and how I can choose the type of work I do. Megan has been great - shes got an amazing response time and always finds me good work!

When I found myself suddenly out of work, I applied for a few jobs. One of these jobs being a Warehouse Operative employed by Teamwork. Within less than a few hours of submitting my application on indeed I received a phone call from Megan inviting me to the teamwork offices on the same day I applied for the role. I was asked to bring in my right to work documents and asked to sign a few new starter forms as well as having a little chat with Megan about the role expectations etc (this took probably about 1hr max) This meeting with Megan took place on the Friday and by Monday I was straight into work and earning money!!! I cant thank Megan and her team enough for all the hard work they put in to ensure I stayed in a job and earning money! If ever I had any issues or concerns I felt I could always contact Megan directly or failing this I could call Teamworks office and another staff member would be at hand to help me. As an employer I have to say the communication Teamwork had with their employees was impeccable!! One thing I disliked about teamwork was that it was a weekly pay, which didnt particularly work too well for me. However, this all comes down to individual preference I suppose. At a time where I needed work the most (right before Christmas) Megan and her team were there to get me back into work and earning ASAP. (Pay was always on time every Friday, week-in-hand pay) Although my time with Teamwork was short I thoroughly enjoyed each work assignment They offered to me and I feel I have gained valuable in-work experience and broadened my skill set in which I can use to further my career progression. (I have been employed by a few job agencies in the past. none of them were as good as Teamwork Selection)
