Martin was full of ideas and energy and had a determination to sell from our first meeting. Our home had been on the market with a larger local firm before Martin took it on, we were worried that it would never sell, but the difference in his approach and eye for detail was amazing. We were delighted with his photography and still enjoy watching the video tour with our children. Martin guided us with a steady hand and gave honest valuable feedback. This was especially important for my wife and I as the previous agents had sometimes avoided sharing information with us. Our house was an older property that needed work and this had put some agents off, but Martin quickly drew together the best features of the house and had clearly done his homework about the local area. We were so pleased with how much of a support martin was when selling our house. Anybody who has ever exchanged a property will know how stressful it can be. Martin went above and beyond to make sure the whole process was as seamless and stress-free as possible, from getting the best photographs and videos, keeping us updated on every viewing and offer and even making sure the solicitors on each side were communicating. Post sale can be the most stressful point in selling a house and we were so appreciative that martin didn't just sell the house and leave us to it. We would highly recommend him and his team, we will definitely be using Brix and Mortimer again.

We honestly can't recommend Brix & Mortimer enough. From start to finish Martin has been excellent in supporting us through the sale of our first home. Martin at Brix & Mortimer was absolutely exceptional in marketing and selling our house. We chose to use Martin as he could list buyers who he had in mind for our house, and was confident in the price he thought it was worth. The photos, video and marketing details he used were of the highest quality and really showed the house off brilliantly. He kept the viewings to those he knew were the most serious, and because of this prioritisation we werent surprised that the first people to view were the ones who bought the house. After the purchase of our new house fell through after several months Martin kept in touch with our buyers, reassuring them throughout and helped to ensure they didnt lose confidence.
