We booked our car in and picked it up within the hour, good point to note, it's close to Gloucester Quays, so having a coffee while you wait, or a walk around the docks was quite enjoyable.

Arrived only to be told that my car would be ready to collect in an hour but I couldnt wait in the viewing room as the heating had broke? They loaned me a vehicle to get home at no extra cost so all was good. Very friendly gent dealt with me and Id happily use these folks again.
