        Always book our holidays with Laura at Gloucester. We dont live too local but the service is amazing and totally worth the trip. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Will be in touch soon for Septembers holiday!

        Tui in Gloucester r first class, we r on our 5th cruise all book through the Tui Gloucester everytime no faults no complaints a great well managed group always smiling . Thank u all.

        I was so impressed with Amanda , she was so polite and helpful when I called the Tui office in Gloucester earlier in the week, so I came into the office with my young family for further information on my country of travel. She was excellent ,eager to help us, and friendly pleasant lady.

She was knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered and that I was completely satisfied with the outcome. Carmen took the time to listen to my concerns and provide me with personalised recommendations based on my specific needs. She was patient and understanding throughout the entire conversation, and I never once felt rushed or dismissed.I would highly recommend Carmen to anyone in need of assistance.
