        Recently my daughter purchased a Kia Picanto from Gloucester Kia. I have purchased many cars over the last 40 odd years and I think this is the first time the Sales Guys actually listened to our requirements before constructing a proposal, credit to Cam and Caleb who dealt with our sale. Cam also deserves additional credit for personally delivering a boot mat that was on back order. Well done team much to admire and an asset to your company.

        This has to be one of the worst dealerships in the UK. Bought a Golf from them and paid in full first day, and car was supposed to be delivered to me next day. Got a call back to say someone at the dealership has crashed the car at the compound at the dealership. Then was told it can be repaired in few days and delivered to me with in 7 days. It has now been 4 weeks and still havent delivered the car to me. They have still not refunded my money. DO NOT buy your car from here and DO NOT pay them for anything. They are not trustworthy and they are LIARS.
