We've used John and Westway IT for some years now - and in truth, I wouldn't be without him. There are lots of IT issues I probably could solve with much googling, angst, tearing my hair out and lots of time - the relief of having John on hand to help when things go wrong or I think I should be able to do something, but don't know how - or just need advice is enormous. I've also bought hardware from him - I'd assumed he would be much more expensive than the High Street - but he was actually a wee bit cheaper, and the advantage of John setting everything up was great. He does a monthly newsletter too - which far from being the usual marketing, promotional boring stuff is both interesting and useful hints and tips. I'm really happy to recommend John and Westway they provide a great service and even greater peace of mind - it's a win/win!

I have been with John at Westway IT since he first set it up around 4 years ago when he started on his own, John is responsive to all of our needs and extremely timely with advice and follow ups. This year we replaced 4 of our desktops, screens and desk mounted stands and John not only got a really good overall price but he set the machines up before shipping to us and once connected to the network he then personalised them for each desk. Myself and the team at Greenwoods Residential could not recommend Westway any better.
