I can't praise this company enough. The sofa is fab, communication perfect and not only was I given a 3-hr delivery window, they called me 30 mins before they arrived. The delivery guys were efficient and careful. Definitely recommend

Went to the showroom in Gloucester, I'd previously visited 3 other furniture stores and as a single girl, was ignored by sales people in favour of families and couples. The chap in Abode was really helpful and although did not have what I wanted in the showroom, had something similar in the warehouse. He called ahead and arranged for me to see the sofa I liked with Will in the warehouse. The warehouse is definitely a 'by appt' as it is just that, sofas wrapped etc. But I was welcomed and able to take my time looking at the sofa. I actually bought the one I went to see and a sofabed I fell in love with there and then. Delivery, from arranging it to actual bringing by the guys was fantastic. Even unwrapped and took packaging away. If you want good value for money and genuine people over glossy showrooms and smarmy sales staff, this is the place to go. Thank you.
