I cannot recommend this place enough. After recently trying to order 2 harnesses and being totally messed around by a different dog wear company - I spoke to Emily from K9 Trail Time and within not even 24 hours my dogs were wearing them. Absolutely amazing service. Kept me updated every step of the way and unbelievably fast dispatch and delivery. Highly, highly recommended this company.

Thank you Emily for allowing me to pick up some Non-Stop Dogwear Protector Booties on a day you had got back from weekend racing. You're the only place anywhere nearby Gloucester that had these so that I could take Hugo and be fitted. I needed them quickly as he had split both back feet pads, which I mentioned I does a lot. You very kindly recommended Non-Stop Fast Feet to help with this and toughen up the nails and pads which I then ordered when I got home. I really appreciate you being so accommodating. 5*

I am so impressed with the customer service received from Emily at K9 Trail Time. I was unsure which size harness to buy my golden retriever and she was very helpful in making a recommendation. I ordered on a Thursday evening and it arrived on Saturday morning. I tried the harness on my dog and set numerous pictures to Emily who was able to confirm that the harness was a good fit. Emily responded to emails really quickly and has been so helpful, Id highly recommend using K9 Trail Time and it will be my go to place should I need to purchase any other equipment for canicross.
