        Had great fun and good work out at Bungee exercise workshop run by Annalize. Would recommend to any age & fitness level to give a try.

        What an amazing class. Instructions for harness was all easy to follow. And all moves were well demonstrated. You can put as much or as less effort into each move as you wish. We had such a laugh and looking forward to going again soon.
