The 8 week MBSR course with Sandra was a very positive and informative experience. The guided meditations were great, especially as she has a very soothing and calming voice. I am now able to apply mindfulness in certain situations that would have been stressful before. The course was very beneficial and highly recommend it. Thank you Sandra.

San is a wonderful meditation and mindfulness teacher, with a lovely calm and kind style. I just attended a wellbeing retreat day which was really well run. My partner came along too, and despite not usually getting on with meditation, he found it great. He enjoyed the day and found it engaging and relaxing. The mindful photography was new for me and it opened my eyes to a new way of using the camera. All 3 teachers were wonderful. The dru yoga was simply fantastic and exactly what we needed. The mindfulness walk was very calming and enjoyable too. Thank you to Juita and Karan for those.
