I wanted to sell my family home after my wife past away 18 months ago. Donna went above & beyond any other agent to help me. My wife did all the legal stuff in previous house moves so I didnt have a clue what to do. Donna was that person for me, helping me through every step in this very emotional difficult time. Even when I thought of pulling out from the stress she was there for me as more of a friend than an agent. Cant thank her enough. Absolutely superior in professionalism. Donna gave the time to deal with things well above and beyond any other company would have been able to. She was even able to help us move and sort out details of how the house could be maintained. Her adverts are absolutely the best and will always grab people's attention and I noticed that we had had far more hits than we've ever have using anybody else when we used Donna's beautifully created advertisement. The beauty is Donna was able to give us all her time ,at anytime, sometimes phone calls late at night or at weekends when things were really busy for viewings. Most people want to view at the weekend and all the big companies are closed at weekends. Can't recommend her highly enough. She experience working for an estate agent and now that she's on her own she seems able to give us all her attention and make sure you get it and they go she negotiations were simple and she got the absolute best price.
