Lovely friendly staff - signposting to their actual office in Quedgeley could be improved, plus the ability to be able to hold appointments outside 'normal' office hours of 9 till 5 or at weekends.

The agents at Michael Tuck were very easy to get a hold of, very responsive and helpful with all my queries. The team was very friendly and supportive, I am not very good with names but everyone i have spoken to or dealt with was exceptionally nice and polite. Would very much recommend their service. Thank you for helping me buy my first home. x

Having had a couple of bad experiences previously with Taylors, Michael Tucks were like a breath of fresh air. They kept us in the loop throughout the purchase of our beautiful new Matthews home. The quality of the house is the best we have seen from the new builds that we have seen. The fixtures and fitting arent cheap tat, like the ones we had at our previous home in Kingsway. We dont expect to require the services of an estate agent for some years to come, but can highly recommend Michael Tucks in Gloucester. Thank you from all of us.
