What an absolutely rubbish company to work for. I was there for four years and treated like a child. When I left. They still try to rip you off with money owed. Anybody thinking of working there think again lots of jobs out there. And you will be treated like an adult

I worked here from roughly January 2020 until COVID came about. Thus around 2 months and 2 weeks. The jobs itself are not difficult. Although the managed is complete rubbish. Other adjectives might stick well. The brake patterns are very stupid, because they last 10 minutes and it takes almost 5 minutes to get to the brake area. Although the brake area had good cheap coffee and food. Overall the greatest drawback are the team leaders and managers that treat people with very little respect (of course there are exceptions). Very little training was provided although the jobs are not complex. Overall there was little clarity on who does what. And all the time there were people drifting around. Although for some reason some are more equal than others. In 2 months and 2 weeks I got to work one time late one minute because the road was flooded between Gloucester and ledbury. They deducted one hour of my pay although I explained and apologized. When I joined they agreed for 9 pay for the day shift. The last week I worked 72 hours on a night shift and they payed minimum wage 8.2. they changed my pay discretionary without advising. Although full time staff members were paid 16 on that shift. There was great deal of clear discrimination in pay always and in the hours I was allowed to work... Afterwards they didn't even tell me goodbye or something when COVID came. Simply nothing, telling me to speak with the agency. 0 communication. 0 human resources management. Also I applied for other jobs, I haven't even received a reply, even when making email queries. They never replied. Would really avoid. 1 star is too much.
