We were very impressed that GIS Healthcare made special arrangements to ensure that my father's hospital bed was removed promptly after my father had died - with particular thanks to Lee. Such thoughtful acts of kindness make such a difference at a very difficult time.

Dreadful company. They are being paid for use of equipment but, in my experience, do not answer the phone when you want the equipment collected and do not reply to messages. So, they get more rental money for not providing the service for which they are paid. GCC - get another provider!

This company were meant to deliver a pressure cushion and mattress yesterday, between 10 and 5 neither item has arrived and I have not had a call to explain why. I cannot get through on the phone, keep getting cut off like another reviewer has said. Not at all professional. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Tried to ring them several times now, after 30 mins plus hanging on the phone have had to give up. Ridiculous that I've got equipment to return but am unable to do so because of their inability to answer the phone lines!
