Not tasty and most likely not healthy food I ordered a vegan menu which included 10 different meals. The amount of vegeteables was too low, the meals mainly contained carbohydrates and pre-processed food like vegan sausages and burgers which could easily be bought from any supermarket and I really doubt they are healthy. The taste wasn't good and the food was too dry. I ended up throwing away 3 meals. Not to mention the amount of plastic packaging that they come with.

I have updated my review because Macro Meals did eventually help me sort the problems I had with flimsy containers and the wrong meals being sent. They also said they have improved their processes, so on the basis of their customer service, I have updated my review

PLASTIC IN FOOD! AVOID THIS COMPANY! I just want to say firstly, I do not often write reviews, but I really want to raise some awareness about the issue with this company and the way theyre preparing/packing their food. If I could have given no stars then I really would have. Where do I begin? Lets start with the amount of plastic in the food! The last 3 orders that were delivered, there were at least 3 tubs split and leaking food everywhere. The first time this happened, I emailed customer service and explained what had happened, to which I had no reply, so I emailed them a second time and when they eventually got back to me, they showed absolutely zero care for the problem I had, it was almost an inconvenience for them to respond to me. I got a very blunt apology, but the 3 meals were refunded. Second time, same issue, split tubs, food everywhere, but this time there was plastic in the food. I think where the tubs were split, the shards of plastic fell within the food, which I cooked and almost swallowed. Absolutely disgusting! I sent another email with photos showing them how the meals arrived this time, again I received a very blunt apology and the meals refunded. They just did not seem to understand the seriousness of this, theres a very clear problem and pattern here! The reason I ordered the meals again was because I actually like the food, thats whats disappointing, Ive always enjoyed the meals! The third time was the last and final time, the exact same problem again. Please please be careful with this company! The customer service is actually appalling and the food delivered is dangerous, plain and simple!

I have made an order on Thursday with this company and I accidentally put a wrong delivery address. For 2 days I have been trying to reach Customer Services. There is no direct number to customer services, a rude receptionist (the one on Friday) picked up telling me that Customer Services are busy and that she would pass on the message to them. I was waiting a call till the end of the day on Friday and they never called. I call again the receptionist, she told me again that Customer Services are busy and that they will call me back. That never happened on Friday. In the meanwhile I was using the chat (no reply from the chat) and the email address they provide on their website (no answer from them). On Monday morning I still didn't hear from them, so I contact them again. The receptionist on Monday again told me that customer services are busy and they don't pick up the phone. I explained to her the situation she reassured me that she would escalate. Later I receive a confirmation email that they will change the address. But guess what??? When the DPD confirmation came in, the wrong address was there. Do you consider yourselves a serious company? Cause from the way you act you definitely are not one. I have used other delivery meal companies before and their customer services were excellent. Such a shame I decided to go with this one and definitely won't go again.
