        We purchase a Mazda 3 knock sensor for a friends car. When due to have it fitted it was found not to be the problem. As it was still unopened in its box we explained the situation & asked if we could return it for a refund or part refund. But to our surprise got told it isn't their policy to refund & basically tough luck. Now we are stuck with an un-needed 90 part. Only car dealer I have ever know to not offer a refund or part refund so just a warning to others to make sure if you are buying a part make sure it is needed. I recommend if you need a part to try & get it elsewhere
