What can i say. Ordered a job that has not arrived 2 months after the initial order. They never ring back . They are a total shambles. Please avoid.

appalling service, have lost the concept of customer service in favour of pointless call centres and un returned emails. 4+ months for one job to be done incorrectly. Avoid like the plague!

Since they have apparently moved and changed the staffing the manufacturing side is not very good. The telephone is never answered ...were constantly hanging on the phone when a customer is awaiting a price ..the jobs are taking ages. 1 job 3 months with no real reason apart from an error in glazing. .not even told of delays .poor ox cancelled in the end.
