        You only find out how good a company is when you have an issue and Stewart Golf are brilliant. I recently bought a Q Follow Carbon second hand off eBay. The first time I used it, it stopped working after 5 holes. On downloading the app, I could see that one of the cells in the battery had failed. I contacted Stewart and Mel who looked after me was great. After going through a few checks, Mel arranged for my battery to be collected and a new one sent out to me under warranty, so I didn't miss a days playing.

        What a great company for customer service. Trolley 18 mths old, developed a fault. Stewart Golf were happy for a return under warranty. Ellie was super helpful, great communication, arranged collection and delivery. Work carried out, parts replaced and returned within a week. Can not praise highly enough.

        My experience with Stewart golf was seamless, from receiving the product to experiencing a small issue and sending it back for a fix. The customer service team were excellent with me and did their upmost to ensure the product arrived back with me ASAP. Ellie in particular was incredibly helpful during my discussions with the customer service team, very polite and very punctual with all aspects of customer service. Great company with their ethical compass pointing in the right direction.
