        Area was well kept and clean, staff were extremely nice, but very busy and I don't think the safety video was really interpreted by the youngsters and the equipment is mainly based on your arms, chest abs and shoulders. If you don't have very good muscles you are quite stuck with the choice. I found it quite hard personally.

        It was good fun I went to an adult session and it was a good night and a laugh but your hands can get very sore with it being primarily upper body, although they offer gloves I didnt think they did anything. Good for the price and what it is.
