I was introduced to Equilaw for administering my recent lifetime mortgage application. The service I received was very good at all stages of the process. All aspects were dealt with in an efficient and streamlined manner which was much appreciated as I am a busy self-employed person. All the staff I crossed paths with were helpful and courteous. My experience with Equilaw really helped me to navigate what was an important transition in my life and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all concerned in the process for making it as easy and gentle for me as it was.

Equilaw are great at what they do. The legal work on Equity Release mortgages is a lot more complex than a regular mortgage and because of this the average solicitor tends to get overwhelmed and cause significant delays and extra charges. Equilaw have a wealth of experience in this field and process them very efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. My most recent case needed to complete within 11 days of the mortgage offer being issued (due to issues with the mortgage valuation) otherwise my customer would have faced a much higher interest rate. Equilaw were able to meet this timescale and saved my customer potentially tens of thousands of pounds in interest. Thanks in particular to Keeley and Oliver!

I have been working alongside Equilaw since January 2022 and I am more than happy to recommend then to my clients. Its so refreshing that a solicitors firm are so pro-active and look at ways to assist clients through out the whole legal process. All case managers are friendly and even more important they deliver on their promises. The online portal is very user friendly and key stages are always updated. Brilliant company.
