Worst place Ive worked at was soo boring and they dont know how to train people either they just leave you too it and expect you to know everything. They would have you sitting there doing nothing for hours at a time. They not got a clue on how to deal with new starters so avoid this job or be bored to death.

I can't recommend this company high enough. They always give us exceptional customer service and fast delivery!!! They have a great product range at very competitive prices especially if you take advantage of their free delivery option if you spend over 200.00. It's great to deal with a family business like ours, where your custom is appreciated and you're not just an invoice number. Many thanks again for the great customer service!! I used Wynne Jones for a personal project to learn a little more about the IP process before getting involved in that side of things at my day job. By way of comparison, I've used 2 domestic IP companies and 1 international for my 'real' work since I first signed on with Wynne Jones. As my first foray into the world of patents, I was a little disappointed that the advice was purely on the method of IP protection, there was no help interpreting responses from the patent office on likihood of success. In the 3 years from the first meeting to the last e-mail, I don't think that I dealt with the same person for more than 3 months. I'm not sure if there's a high staff turnover or if it was just my account got the interns as I was worried about cost being a personal project. On this subject, the rates are not advertised (although they're available if you ask I believe) and they increased by 30% in the 3 years I was there. It would have been an average 3 star review, but things ended on a sour note when I was I received my final invoice that was 20% the cost of writing the entire patent. This was for a single e-mail from Wynne Jones re-writing the reply from the patent office and attaching the related documents.
