Following my husbands accident we sought out the advice of Lorna Lymer and later Oliver Moore at Davies & Partners. From the beginning we felt understood and listened to. It was a particularly traumatic time for us as a family and trying to navigate through various changes in our lives were particularly difficult. I wanted to pursue a clinical negligence claim after an accident. I could have easily gone to one of the TV no win no fee type companies that advertise regularly but felt that this needed a more local and person to person approach. After some research I found Davies & Partners and arranged an initial meeting. They took on the case and have just finished negotiating a settlement. It takes time, 4 years, it cannot be done in haste, but I feel that Lorna Lymer left absolutely no stone unturned. The thoroughness of the enquiry was excellent and evidence gathering from medical experts at the top of their field was something that I would not have expected, but helped hugely in the case. Communication was excellent throughout with simple and clear explanations of the progress. Quite simply of you need a solicitors firm, Davies and Partners should be at the top of the list. For clinical negligence, they are without equal.
