Although the solicitor we first encountered, Gemma, was professional and knowledgeable and she said she would see through our case, she was not available at the actual hearing and the replacement did not know the case at all and even stated a fact which was detrimental to the entire case. WE WERE NOT ON LEGAL AID in case you wondered....Needless to say, guilty verdict as misrepresented and although one of the partners promised to call me back, nothing. Would not recommend unless Miss Walsh can GUARANTEE she will be available on the day.
