If I could give 0 stars I would. We thought a local company would be better for our house purchase and selling. The service was awful. They were extremely slow considering it was first time buyers buying my house and we were buying from a separated couple with no chain!! All they want is your money and when they are appointed do the bare minimum. Our emails were ignored. If we called the lady appointed she would never answer and colleague would say she would ring back which she never did. In the end we complained to higher up and had a new person appointed who was slightly better. The best part the first time Buyers lived next door and they were told we were exchanging on X date and we were like no we are still at the query stage!! Their solicitors had already requested their mortgage funds too early due to the bad communication between the solicitors, how on earth can this happen?? They caused so much unnecessary stress due to the lack of communication and work. If you are TOO BUSY to take the case DONT TAKE MORE on!! And we still had to pay full price for this service
