Brilliant experience, knowledgeable staff, massive range of products, and great prices. Went in with a broken microwave that was too old to be repaired and came out with a shiny new one, plus my old one was taken in for recycling not the first time I've used Gillmans and won't be the last!

Gillmans recently lifted and relaid my medico-clinic flooring. From Terrys initial advice on the most appropriate type of flooring to the fitting, the process was flawless resulting in a stunning finish. Would heartily recommend.

Best store in Gloucester for appliances, the local community have been provided an excellent, genuine service since Gillman's begun as a small store on Ryecroft street. Several decades later still going strong with excellent service and customer support. If in the unfortunate event something goes wrong with the appliance their after sales support, technical knowledge and appliance engineers are professional, friendly and a welcome admission to the overall service. The store has a wide range of appliances and brands, particularly Miele. Lots of car parking, excellent pricing and don't be scared to haggle! The sales advisors aren't reading specifications off a tablet either! (like the other big brand stores) I cannot recommend enough!

I went in to purchase some spares for a vacuum cleaner and mistakenly went to the wrong department, but rather than point me in the right direction, the most helpful lady reappeared with very item I was after! Can't fault the customer service! Thank you
