        The communication was amazing by Simon. He was very helpful and fast with organising a flat clean so that we could move in. I have given 4* as there were some things that I felt could have been done better (such as cobwebs, cleaning sink, hoovering under bedframe etc) - althogh perhaps these things are not part of their cleaning package. But the flat was much cleaner than it was before and I was able to go around and clean these extra bits very quickly. Simon was very lovely and I'd recommend this service - just 4 stars due to the missed bits considering the estate agents choosing the more expensive quote. Thank you very much for getting our flat ready for us to move in nice and quickly.
