Have just bought an i10 to replace our previous car (not a Hyundai). This is the 2nd car we have bought from the Gloucester dealership in the last 4 years. Once again we couldn't fault the customer service. James George answered all our questions & explained everything clearly. No pressurised selling and he was very understanding when we needed to cancel and reschedule our appointment at short notice.

Very happy to be purchasing a second hand car through Marshall Hyundai Gloucester. Cordelia was very knowledgeable and helpful, with no hard sell. The second hand cars on offer all seem to be brought up to a high standard before they make it to the forecourt.

I bought a car with Cordelia and she was so helpful, she managed to extend the hold on my car so I didnt miss out as well as come out for a drive with me as I am a new driver and was a little nervous which really helped. The sale was smooth and I was able to have my car delivered and I love it. Thanks again for all the help
