The Mindset Coach - Lorna Denton

I couldn't recommend Lorna enough- 3 sessions with her and I'm doing things which I haven't been able to do in 10+ years. Hypnotherapy is something which I've looked into for years but always been sceptical. Lorna creates a safe place where I have felt comfortable to relax in- I don't think the treatment would be half as effective if this wasn't the case! 10/10, 5 stars!!

I was recommended by a friend to meet with Lorna and discuss and try and clear many issues such as anxiety, self worth and other things. I had eight sessions with her and to say it was an eye opening experience is an understatement, I now have a completely different mind set and view on life, I cannot believe I have wasted some much time panicking and worrying about things that never happened, such a weight off my shoulders. Lorna literally changed my life it's as simple as that! She guided me on how to retrain my mind towards positive thinking and behaviour instead of being locked in anxiety as I was when she first met me. The transformation is amazing and I feel like I've been set free. Thank you. I would recommend everyone to have a few sessions with this marvellous woman!
