Charged 175 for an end of tenancy clean which took 3 hours (wanted cash so imagine not keen on declaring & paying tax)
Letting agent pulled up loads of issues that had been missed & not cleaned properly.
When I politely asked would she return to rectify, Marketa refused and said get someone else to do it (I have texts)
Substandard cleaning and an atrocious attitude. Avoid this service. Service: Moving-related cleaning
