        Sharing a review from a family members perspective of The family member that had mental health treatment here..I just want to say a huge thank you to all the staff, nurses, doctors everyone ! It was a very hard situation but eventually when the family member got sectioned here all I can say is it changed their life and my familys life for the better ! Because after a few long months this family member is now on the right route in life. Mental health has improved immensely and I can only thank the people that took the time to help regulate the medication and provide such intense but necessary treatment. Yes its very hard to see a family member being sectioned inside here but this was the only option and Thank goodness for hospitals like this one. Thank you so much forever grateful! Thank you to all that helped my family member.

        Heavy use of agency staff who are poorly trained and are unsupervised. Extensive use of private mobile phones whilst looking after patients in danger
