Went in for a BROWN eyebrow tint! Came out with BLUE eyebrows!! Also my daughter came out with half an eyebrow due to bad threading!! Absolutely AWFUL Avoid at all costs!! Unless you want to look like a McDonalds sign dipped in smirf spunk

I have been going here for a while and haven't really had any issues but i definitely won't be going back now. I usually get red marks after waxing as you normally do but after going yesterday this is what has happened to my face. When the wax went on it felt way too hot and once the strips came off it proceeded to pull a large amount of my skin off. I am in so much pain and it's just getting worse. First two photos are the next day and the third was directly after it was done. I also don't understand why the wax was put on my skin so far past me eyebrow and so close to my eye... Avoid!!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I went there for a quick eyebrow threading because I needed it really bad and now hugely regeat it and wish I had not bothered. My one eyebrow starts way after my eye (it never did before) and they are at completely different heights, I honestly do not know how to correct this and wouldnt wish this on anyone as your face it what people see everyday and now Im left feeling very self conscious but the employees there did not care and only wanted my money I told them to look from a distance (not that they needed to because you can see from any distance) they are not straight, level or the same size so I now feel 10000% worse than what I did when I first went in. I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone and now truely believe in the saying you get what you pay for ... NEVER again!
