        Disappointing. Still trying to grow out the 'hack'. I have wavy/curly hair and asked for shoulder length - when I mentioned to the stylist it was shorter than I'd asked for she pulled the curl, touching it to my shoulder saying - it's shoulder length now. Appreciate haircut was done at very short notice, but by no means an excuse to not listen to the customer. I was and still am devastated by it and am now left with the most horrendous pyramid cut :( I'm sure they're great for the regulars, but def not experienced enough for wavy/curly and needs to be more careful when taking off substantial length to ensure it is what customer wants Service: Hairstyling
