        The refurb is finished! That's the end of the good news. In the name of saving energy... the showers are now cold, the lighting dimmed down. At busy times trying to get to the change rooms is chaos as people block the way waiting for weight machines or the water fountain.

        Signed up, first time going back since pandemic and it was closed yet states 24/7.. when I did manage to go in I couldn't gain access to a locker for my helmet so was unable to workout, refurbishment in progress so VERY MESSY only half equipment available to use and free weights area is extremely depressing with black walls and next to zero lighting along with being VERY cluttered, this new better gym experience that puregym is attempting to deliver so far is a 100% fail! Accidents will definitely increase!! It has gone from bright and positive to dark and depressing. Empty Energy cans and bottles left lying around with no cleaner in sight and this visit was late night / early hours of the morning.. think il may be looking to go elsewhere!
