There is nothing positive I can say. 30 minute wait times are the norm, usually to be told to call back tomorrow. If you are successful getting a call back from a doctor booked that day, you cant even be sure it will happen. You end up calling back up, waiting another 30 minutes to ask why no one called as arranged to be told they tried calling several times on an old number not used anymore. Though they somehow have the correct number when they bombard you with text messages. This place used to be good, nowadays dont even bother.

Receptionist was very nice but I had to wait on hold for 1 hour and 8 minutes to be told there are no appointments available to book and to call back next week. System needs to be changed!

You have to phone at 8.30am to get an appointment, you are usually on hold for 30+minutes (25 people ahead of me in the queue the moment the line was open today) then when they get to me there are no appointments left to see someone. Ridiculous system that is very arduous and designed to put you off contacting anyone.

Multpe times tried phoning no answer after 30 mins put the phone down , do not bother with this surgery

Dr Richards has been amazing with my little one and myself absolutely credit to the surgery.
