Very rude staff. These people accepted my Oder and when I went for collection they closed their shop before time. I rang them many times and didnt pick up any of my calls. I rang them again for refund after 6,7 hrs, these people say they cant do anything about it. I literally feel like I am cheated by them. I lost my money. Poor customer service, they are not polite and they dont know how to talk with customers. Their address in Google is fake. They Did advertise the shop some other addresses in Gloucester and these shop situates in Cheltenham. Funny they are. You cannot trust them any way. Dont go to them you will be the next one to get cheted.
