        I ordered it for delivery and it hasnt been delivered after an hour 1/2 so called them and they said it was delivered when it hadnt. They gave me the drivers number and he didnt answer now I have a hungry child who hasnt eaten lunch yet and no able to have a refund. I ordered from here as my sister said it was good but I will not be ordering from again

        We haven't used this takeaway for a long time and previously have always had great food and service. However, this time, I pre-ordered out food at 1830 to be delivered at 2100. Not long after 1900 the food arrived. I contacted the takeaway and dealt with a complete waste of space that told me I either take the food now or I don't have the food at all! No apology, no offer to rectify the situation or compensate us. Just a "I'll send you something nice next time" as if there's going to be a next time.
