Not just to get cash out but goes in and shops too, and this happens a lot.
Why get upset some might ask well there has been one woman knocked over by a car overtaking people stopped there before. Mainly is because it is in front of the zebra crossing. My wife has a massive brain tumour and has lost her peripheral vision, so if there is a vhicle there she cannot see to cross. Not that I should have to justify it anyway. It is a massive sign that others follow. what they are saying is "We are better than you all. why should we follow the rules. After all we are two strong big blokes, why should we have to park in the ample spaces and walk ten feet? No we will risk everyone elses safety, make it awkward for everyone just because we feel we are better than having to show manners and social grace"
