I emailed Neil in a bit of a panic after receiving a letter from my managing agent requesting that I needed a fire risk assessment to be completed on my rented property, giving me 2 days notice! Neil was very accommodating and replied almost instantly! A few emails later and we had arranged a time and date and he had confirmed his prices. Neil completed the FRA very professionally, explaining different sections of it to myself and the tenant. Would definitely recommend, thanks Neil.
