        Same as everyone else - battery lasts half the stated time.

        They dont publish an email address, if I phone, their automated options 1& 4 are the same all our agents are helping others.... and youre put on hold , and wait, and wait Eventually you do want they want you to do and hang up I suspect theyre overwhelmed with calls about smoke alarm battery problems that the staff ( if any) cant cope

        The battery has died on this unit after 5 years - not trying to ring company as I have anxiety and I dont need the hassle

        I called them a few times regading their Model 670MBX smoke alarm. We have 3 of them in the house. False alarms nuisance. No one picks up the phone. Just a voicemail saying the mail boax is full. Very poor service.
