        Order placed for 1600 worth of batteries which havent arrived. Unable to contact the company via email (email provided in response to negative review previously came back as undeliverable and no response from email provided on website) and phone number goes to voicemail despite multiple attempts made. Order confirmation attached to this review, along with previous review which has since disappeared. Shoddily run company which has poor communication skills - although can apparently respond sharply to public negative review, just not to queries as to where items are! UPDATE - have contacted company asking for a refund, which was promised on Monday. No money received as of 08/09
