My husband and I bought a lovely bungalow 18 months ago and have been renovating the bedrooms, hallways and lounge, including upgrading/ adding some electrical points and repositioning lighting. We have also had outdoor camera and lights to be wired, and needed a new electrics box. I researched electricians and gave Kieran a call to discuss the potential jobs - he was available, friendly and came round that same week to look at the job requirements. He emailed me the next day with an estimate (breakdown per room, per task), and we discussed further to clarify everything before agreeing a date to commence. The job ran smoothly, on testing the insulation was a very low pass. We determined a rewire to the remainder of the property would resolve this issue and secure our home for years to come. Kieran and his team turned up on time, sometimes 5 minutes ahead of schedule, parked neatly on the drive, and had their shoes off when in carpeted rooms. Their polite and friendly approach was stand out, among the quality of work they carried out. When I asked questions and engaged with the team they were chatty and showed their expertise - they also have a good rapport with each other, I could hear them talking about the work and helping each other cable and rewire into the walls. I felt at ease with the team in my home and they tidied up after themselves and worked long days to ensure my home was safe before departing. I have no hesitation in using them again; their care and attention to detail was welcomed and they work collaboratively on the work so everyone is joined up and jobs are completed and assured by each other. I know my home is secure and safe - that gives me peace of mind. And it didn't cost the Earth - Kieran's quote was accurate and accounted for extra time needed,etc. He communicated within 24 hours to my queries and if changes or unexpected action was needed, he spoke to me with options to ensure I understood plans and could manage my budget.
