DC Electrical

We've recently moved into a 1970s house and were looking to get an array of electrical upgrades completed including installation of various Nest products, multiple socket additions / replacements and installation of Cat 6 Ethernet cabling between rooms for wired connections when home working, gaming and streaming. We got in touch with DC Electrical based on a recommendation from a friend and immediately found Chris and the team to be incredibly efficient and friendly in all communication. After a very prompt response to our enquiry, we arranged for Chris to visit a couple of days later to complete an initial assessment of the job. Having reviewed and agreed the quote provided, we had an engineer start work only a few days after that. The jobs were all completed to an incredibly high standard. Due to the age of the property and extensive new wiring needed, it's unsurprising that various challenges were encountered, however we were kept well informed and given the opportunity to make decisions where there were multiple options available. Since the work was completed we've also received minor works certifications for the work that was completed. No hesitation in recommending to others.

DC were great from start to finish. Quick to respond, friendly and very efficient. It was a tricky job, but they looked at a number of options and completed the work in the same day. This is a company that lives and breathes excellent customer service. They turn up on time, they take time to understand the problem, explain what they are going to do and then get on with it. They did everything to ensure I was happy with the result and then cleaned up thoroughly before they left. Great service.
