A couple of great guys came out (Mike and Adam) to sort out the toilet blockage. Somehow the toilet "fixed itself" before they arrived so I was a bit embarrassed as there wasn't a fault when they got there. Service was great all round but I found it a little expensive for nothing to fix (three figures).

We asked Mark and his team to provide a CCTV survey for a Build-over application after another company we used produced an unusable report resulting in weeks of time wasted during an extension build. Mark sent out his guys the same day to do the survey and everything about the service has been extremely professional. If you need to get a Build over agreement you MUST use an experienced, qualified company to produce the report to satisfy the water company. I would highly recommend you call Cotswold Drain Services.

From the moment I first called your office I was given helpful and specific information on how to log our issue, I sent you an email and telephoned to follow that up and your call handler was again, very helpful and reassuring. When your team arrived on site they couldnt have been any better. They were professional, unflappable, helpful, including when they were asked to move their van a number of times to enable access cars up and down the lane. The blockage was anything other then straightforward, as it turned out that there was a manhole cover underneath an extension which had been cemented over, and their expertise and assistance was second to none. I wont hesitate to recommend your company and you will be our first call of choice should we should we require similar services in the future.
