Linds Furry Friends

We have just moved to the area and contacted Linds Furry Friends to help us feed our cats on weekends we are away socially or away for work. We both have very fluid work schedules so need someone we rely on. Linds Furry Friends had arranged to come over to the house to meet the animals and us, go over the formalities etc. This appointment was rescheduled once due to "something coming up". We gave her the benefit of the doubt and she came around the next day and met the animals, dropped off paperwork and took our dates and confirmed and arranged to come by the house the following week to collect the completed paperwork and the key. Cut to this week. Linds was due to come to the house on the wednesday for the key etc. She asked to rearrange to thursday as "something came up". We arranged for her to come thursday afternoon. She never confirmed a time and then asked to change to come on Friday first thing. She never showed, never confirmed time. The friday-sunday was the first weekend she was due to feed our cats!!! We rang and left voicemail and messages but no reply at all. She left us in a really tricky situation. Luckily our neighbours (who we had never met) helped us out. Totally unprofessional and unreliable with total disregard for other people time and lives.

Well I met you and your partner on a walk in a park in churchdown. I have a young dog who has anxiety issues and the dogs you were walking ,Kept running over to my dog and causing stress. I did say something to your partner but he ignored me . You had no control over the dogs you were walking . No recall on the dogs .

Our dog Luna loves her visits to Linds Furry Friends. We worried about whether Luna would be happy when we were away. It is so lovely to see her bouncing out of Linds house, clearly having had a great time, when we pick her up. Lots of walks and lots of dog friends to keep her occupied. We have been so lucky to find Linds Furry Friends

My dog adores Lindsay & her family.. he is quite an anxious dog & not always friendly & hates change but he took to Lindsay straightaway. She familiarised herself with him quickly & got to know his quirks & traits. Lindsay has always managed to accommodate our rather hap hazard bookings with her whether it be a day.. a weekend or a longer holiday. One of the the things that totally puts me at ease is that I never worry about him.. I know hes safe.. loved & looked after & she sends me updates & pics to put me at ease. I cannot recommend her highly enough... & if my dog could he would too!
