My partner was resident in the Dean for quite a long time. This was the most frustrating time of our lives. Carers sat around in the lounge area, often without taking notice of residents needs and ,occasionally, displaying annoyance when required to carry out their duties. The therapy department was, in my opinion, poorly led and my partner hardly benefited from the limited therapy that was given. Unless there have been radical changes, I see that some staff we knew are still there, I would recommend you avoid this establishment.

Hello Kayetty
Fantastic supportive management and great training grounds. Great colleagues, when it comes to staffing it is not super great, but well, we are in Pandemic state, some people should understand this. Confidentiality of the residents and staff is well respected. Misbehaviors of staff are not tolerated and corrected immediately, purely dealing with professionalism.

One star is still too much for this place. Permanent lack of staff makes this place far away for any acceptable standards of care. Complaints to CQC are more then often ignored. Place is clean and well maintained, will say nothing bad about this, but just that. Management incompetency is epic. Avoid.
