They are always considerate and professional when I need my tests done, so I very much appreciate their work.

Honestly the worst doctors surgery I have ever encountered. Unfortunately for my dad he is a patient here and they are terrible! You can never get through, the staff are rude, the doctors couldnt be less caring if they tried, their systems are out dated, they dont take prescription requests over the phone, you wait weeks even months for a routine appointment, prescriptions are slow and the list just goes on. They just make everything so difficult for their patients its ridiculous. Maybe they should speak to Churchdown surgery and get some advice from them because they are absolutely superb and are doing everything right!

Not so much the surgery but the Pharmacy is nothing short of disgusting. The pharmacist acts like she's head of the NHS. Always late in getting medication so I end up running out. Not ideal when on Sertraline.

Cannot fault the staff here. The reception staff are caring and doctors are fabulous
