Nhs 111 refered me this number/dentist. The female receptionist who i spoke to is an absolute scumbag.she would not listen to any of my problems, talked down to me, Gave me her 20 years experience opinions and Told me if i wanted my rotting wisdom tooth xrayed/removed i will have to go private and that no nhs or e&e would even bother to xray or remove it. Amd told me that me tooth wouldnt have rotten as fast as it did and that i need to save up for a pr8vate dentist. Anyway i went to nhs genix dentist in cirencester on an emergency and they were amazing. Looked at it.xrayd it and pulled it out.all in 10minutes

On hold for 40 minutes! And then if you're REALLY lucky the line trips out and gives a dead tone. Pathetic. Have been in agony all of yesterday and today and because there's no NHS provision in Gloucester dentists, this is all that's available! If I could give less than 1 Star I would. Terrible.
